These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website https://pillarstoneuae.com (the “Site”) and our glass and aluminium design, fabrication, and installation services (the “Services”).

By accessing our Site or engaging our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use immediately.

Pillar Stone operates in full compliance with UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 34 of 2021 on Combating Rumors and Cybercrimes, Federal Decree-Law No. 8 of 2017 on VAT, UAE Consumer Protection Law, and international business standards.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using the Site or our Services, you confirm that:

  • You are at least 18 years old or have the legal capacity to contract under UAE law.

  • You have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms.

Pillar Stone reserves the right to modify or update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Scope of Services

Pillar Stone UAE provides professional glass and aluminium design, supply, and installation services across the United Arab Emirates, including:

  • Glass Partitions & Enclosures

  • Aluminium Windows & Doors

  • Aluminium Facades & Cladding

  • Glass Railings & Balustrades

  • Shower Screens & Mirrors

  • Materials Supply and Fabrication

Each project is subject to a separate written contract or quotation detailing specifications, timelines, and payment terms.

3. Use of the Site

You agree to use our Site only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

3.1 Permitted Use

  • Browse services, request quotations, or book consultations.

  • Download or view informational content for personal or commercial project planning.

3.2 Prohibited Use

You must not:

  • Engage in unlawful, fraudulent, or malicious activities.

  • Upload or transmit viruses, malware, or harmful code.

  • Interfere with or disrupt the Site’s security or network.

  • Attempt to access restricted areas or data not intended for you.

  • Copy, scrape, or redistribute Site content without prior written permission.

We may suspend or terminate access if misuse is detected.

4. Quotes, Orders & Contracts

  • All quotations are estimates based on information provided at the time of inquiry.

  • Final pricing and project details are confirmed through written agreements.

  • Quotations are valid for a limited period (typically 30 days) unless otherwise stated.

  • Project commencement is subject to confirmation of payment and approval of drawings or designs.

5. Payment Terms

  • All invoices are denominated in AED (United Arab Emirates Dirham).

  • Prices include Value Added Tax (VAT) in accordance with UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 8 of 2017.

  • Payments shall be made via approved methods (bank transfer, cheque, secure online payment).

  • Late payments may accrue interest or result in suspension of services.

  • Ownership of delivered materials remains with Pillar Stone until full payment is received.

6. Cancellations, Modifications & Refunds

  • Requests for cancellation or modification must be submitted in writing.

  • Custom or fabricated orders may be non-refundable once production begins.

  • Refunds (if applicable) are processed per the project contract and UAE Consumer Protection Law.

  • Pillar Stone reserves the right to cancel an order in cases of non-payment, force majeure, or unavailability of materials.

7. Project Execution & Warranties

  • All installations are executed by qualified professionals in compliance with UAE construction and safety standards.

  • Materials used meet or exceed international quality certifications (e.g., ISO, ASTM, BS).

  • Pillar Stone warrants that workmanship will be free from defects for the warranty period stated in your project contract.

  • This warranty excludes damage caused by misuse, modification, accidents, or external factors beyond our control.

8. Intellectual Property Rights

All content on the Site—including text, images, videos, designs, logos, trade names, and layouts—is the exclusive property of Pillar Stone UAE or its licensors.

You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, or publicly display any content without prior written authorization.
Violation of intellectual property rights may result in civil and criminal liability under UAE Federal Law No. 38 of 2021 on Copyrights and Neighbouring Rights.

9. User-Generated Content

If you submit reviews, testimonials, photos, or project details, you:

  • Grant Pillar Stone a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual license to use, display, and promote that content across media channels.

  • Represent and warrant that such content is accurate, lawful, and does not infringe third-party rights.
    We may remove or moderate content that is inappropriate, defamatory, or false.

10. Privacy & Data Protection

Your privacy is important to us. Data collected through our Site or Services is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy (see: [Privacy Policy Page]).
By using the Site, you consent to our data-handling practices under the UAE PDPL, GDPR, and other applicable laws.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • Pillar Stone and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of the Site or Services.

  • Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

  • No warranties or representations are made beyond those expressly stated in a written contract.

12. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Pillar Stone UAE, its employees, officers, agents, and affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses (including legal fees) arising out of your misuse of the Site or breach of these Terms.

13. Dispute Resolution

13.1 Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.

13.2 Jurisdiction & Arbitration

  • Primary jurisdiction lies with the Courts of Dubai, UAE.

  • Alternatively, disputes may be referred to arbitration under the rules of the Dubai International Arbitration Centre (DIAC), with proceedings conducted in English.

14. Force Majeure

Pillar Stone shall not be liable for any delay or failure in performance caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, pandemics, supplier delays, or governmental actions.

15. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the Site or Services immediately, without prior notice, for violations of these Terms or legal obligations.

16. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

17. Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the entire understanding between you and Pillar Stone UAE regarding Site use and Services, superseding all prior communications or representations.
