6.4 Cancellations & Refunds

Subject to individual contracts, certain fees may apply for custom orders.

7. Payment Terms

All payments are processed securely in AED and include VAT per Federal Decree-Law No. 8 of 2017 on Value Added Tax.
Late payments may incur interest or suspension of services.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pillar Stone is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including loss of profits, business interruption, or data.
Our aggregate liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Pillar Stone, its officers, and employees from claims arising from your use of the Site or breach of these Terms.

10. Dispute Resolution
